Refrigerators, Microwaves, TV, AM/FM Clock Radios, Telephones (No Surcharge on Calls), Air Conditioned, Heated Swimming Pool with Sun Deck, Large Oceanfront Porch with Rocking Chairs, Free Off Street Parking - 1 Space Per Room, Elevator Service to All Floors. Infants under 2 years are free if own crib and linens are supplied. One (1) extra person may be added in some rooms for an additional charge of $15.00 per night for 1 person and 1 cot or crib. Arrangements for any extra guests must be made in advance of your arrival to make sure we can accommodate them. A deposit equal to 1 night's rental is required to confirm a reservation. All deposits are held as a guarantee on the full length of your reservation through the last night. There are no refunds for early departure or bad weather. This policy is firm. Personal checks are accepted for the deposit if mailed 3 weeks before arrival date, otherwise a money order, Mastercard, Visa, or Discover is required. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal checks, or money orders are accepted on reservations made by phone. Credit cards are charged at the time the reservation is made and are not refunded unless the reservation is cancelled 72 hours (3 days) before the arrival date. All balances are due on arrival. Cash, Traveler's Checks, MasterCard, Discover and Visa are accepted in payment of balance. Reservation cancellations or changes must be made 3 days before the arrival date or your deposit will be forfeited.
