One parking space is available per unit.

A deposit of one half of the total rent is required to reserve any apartment with the balance due upon arrival. Personal checks or money orders are accepted for deposit. Cash, Traveler's Checks, MasterCard, Visa, and Personal Checks are accepted for the balance. PERSONAL CHECKS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED FROM THE TENANT NAMED ON THE LEASE.

In case of cancellation, rental deposit is refundable ONLY IF apartment is re-rented prior to arrival date at full price - Less $150.00 fee for cancellation.
