Majestic Apartments
There will be a few exciting changes this year:
- We will provide linens and towels at no charge. One set of linens per bed and one set of towels for the maximum number of people allowed in the unit will be provided. Laundry service will not be provided. No more lugging heavy linens to the beach! Yeah!
- We are putting a new flat screen TV in each unit.
- New cookware will be in each unit.

- A deposit of one half of the total rent is required to reserve any apartment with the balance due upon arrival. Personal checks, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or money orders are accepted for deposit. Cash, Traveler's Checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and Personal Checks are accepted for the balance. PERSONAL CHECKS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED FROM THE TENANT NAMED ON THE LEASE.
- In case of cancellation, rental deposit is refundable ONLY IF apartment is re-rented prior to arrival date at full price - Less $150.00 fee for cancellation.
- Check-In Time: No earlier than 4:00 P.M.
- Check-Out Time: Before 11:00 A.M.
- No Pets
- No refunds for early departure.
